OASIS Sustainable Projects is a consultancy firm for the Environmental Management, Development and Planning areas, providing strategic consulting and sustainable projects to its clients. 

 

Incorporated in Timor-Leste to respond to the country's need for the provision of environmental, planning and development services, it also aims to expand its operation into the Asia-Pacific Region. OASIS is driven to support public and private sectors in the implementation of appropriate environmental procedures and activities, adhering to national and international environmental regulatory bodies towards the amelioration, protection and preservation of our environment. 

 

Timorese environmental legislation and other judicial documents are published in Portuguese. As Timor-Leste started anew in 2001, an eclectic mix of Tetum as their mother tongue, Indonesian and Portuguese languages has been used. This, alongside industrial, judicial, economic, and educational development arise the need of translating various texts in and from Tetum, Portuguese and English. With the demand for credible general, technical and legal translations, OASIS has expanded into Translation services.
